holley c-s 390 double pumper carburetor

Description

this is a 390 cfm c-s built carburetor from back in the day i have the little aluminum square that they pop riveted on the side of it and it came with their tall stainless steel vent tubes which got bent over the years i had to replace those with the tall aluminum tubes the choke tower is milled off its 4 corner idle the throttle shafts were milled down for better air flow i installed new solid racing floats the rear notched with jet extensions 4 window 5.5 power valve 110 viton needle valves with all new adjusting hardware all new screws large head stainless idle mixture screws and new gaskets power valve protector installed this carburetor is a small rated cfm but it was on a 85 fox body mustang 351 and it made faster passes with this 390 than with a 650  750 and 670 the 650 was a double pumper so i will say its perfect for a mild v8 and can be set up for a built v6 no problem comes with a warranty plus ill be glad to set it up to the engine and drive train specs of your car no extra charge i dont know if c-s is still a company i do know their work back in the 80s and 90s people sent their intake manifolds - heads and carburetors to c-s and whatever they reworked seemed like it added 100 h.p. i have a vertical milling machine and i have the booster installation tool that works on the milling machine or you can use it on a big drill press i check all the boosters in a holley most are loose i tighten and realign the boosters i have the booster leveling tools for all the different booster types but when i checked the boosters on this c-s holley they were perfect thats how good they are i also take your old worn out holley cores as a trade in core i can sell you 1 ready to go alot cheaper if you have a core that is rebuildable please check out my oher holleys for sale
