This note from the 1928-C series has minimal to light rounding and wear on all 4 corners.  There are 3 heavy vertical creases, a heavy horizontal crease through the middle, and lesser creases, folds, and wrinkles scattered throughout. The bill shows good overall color, but there is some rust-colored staining - a smaller area than the red seal - on the back to the right of Monticello.
Beyond those imperfections, you have a decent old note from a popular series, with a bold red seal and no holes, tears, rough edges, or missing pieces.
